I am a Cole/Alyssa shipper. I have finally been able to watch all of Wild Force--I'm halfway through. And I will say that I have seen a lot of Cole/Taylor interaction and evidence and yet I am still called to Cole/Alyssa. Their moments may be small but they're so sweet and gentle, I love it. I love how he's complimented her and how she tries to gently get him to understand things.
They're just so sweet together. I love it.

Cole and Alyssa do have good chemistry together. Their parts are so sweet.

I am a huge supporter of Cole/Alyssa.
The reason for this is because they are always there for each other when the other is in need.
An example of this would be when Cole visits his parents graves and the other rangers stand back whilst Alyssa moves forward and places a comforting hand on his shoulder.
Another example would be when Alyssa lost her elephant zord and was later attacked by Toxica and Jindrax. Although her wounds were seen to by Zunaku, it was Cole who carried her back to the Animarium.
Their relationship is so sweet and I just feel that they wouldn't work as well with anybody else than how they work with each other.

Those are very good examples of Cole and Alyssa and how close they are. I think their bond is very evident and I think they are very much soothing to each other.

Thanks for that. I agree with you about them being able to sooth one another...it's always sweet to watch those tender moments between the two.
